We specialize in the rehabilitation of existing buildings. Our services range from analyzing an Owner's use strategies for existing properties, architectural / engineering and HVAC feasibility studies, troubleshooting, exterior rehabilitation, assistance in roofing, waterproofing and window replacement, lobby and corridor redesigns, code consulting, or zoning studies anywhere in the 5 boroughs or beyond.
