ZNA performed a needs assessment phase identifying the need for a comprehensive repair program totaling $5 million. ZNA has designed and specified the exterior masonry restoration of the building including exterior brickwork and shelf angle repairs, balcony reconstruction and balcony waterproofing totaling over $2.5 million. ZNA has identified and produced schematics for plaza and canopy reconstruction, plaza landscaping and repairs to affected portions of the parking garage located beneath the building's entrance plaza. ZNA has considered the inclusion of green-roofing elements for canopy and plaza reconstruction. The project has been financed with both private funds and from funding arranged through the City of New York Department of Housing Preservation & Development.
