Pelham Architects, is comprised of a concrete encased steel superstructure with a non-bearing brick exterior enclosure and contains cantilevered balconies at each floor giving way to terraced setbacks above. The $800,000 repair program consists of new terrace waterproofing and wearing surfaces complete with attractive precast concrete pedestal-mounted paving stones; new 20 year No-Dollar-Limit roofing, parapet reconstruction, corner reconstruction, selective facebrick replacement and development of building wide terrace use and planter guideline.
