Executive architects for this 120k SF conversion from commercial lofts to sixty-five high end residential condominium apartments working with interior designer Piet Boon Group BV Amsterdam, The Netherlands and marketing consultant Corcoran Sunshine Group. Modifications include extensive façade revisions and reconstruction to create new loggias, balconies and projecting box windows as well as rooftop penthouse and rear court amenity space additions. Complete replacement of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems was administered. ZNA served as owner representative coordinating numerous consultants and regulatory agencies along with organizing project scheduling and payment schedules.
